Consisting of only 23 homes, Mansfield Place (commercially known as Plum Tree) is orientated around protecting our sensitive areas, existing wetlands and the open space buffers which exist between us and our neighbors.

The Mansfield Place community is unique to the Puyallup area offering a small neighborhood feeling where people live and enjoy the natural surroundings and quaint neighborhood environment, while having ready access to schools, shopping and recreation.

Nestled between the southern shores of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier, Mansfield Place is located in Pierce County’s South Hill. Pierce County’s economic outlook is strong with business and residential growth expanding into the area. Mansfield Place residents have ample opportunity to work at employment centers in Pierce and nearby King County.
